Speed Paint: Billy 01 - About 1 1/2 hours

This was a bit of a test. I haven’t really sat down and tried to do a painterly-style speed paint before and this still isn’t quite there what with all the rough outlines and all but with Billy’s new uniform I thought it would be the perfect subject to test it on. I wanted to try contrasting his cape as a solid (more or less) against the detail of the space sections of his suit…I think I kind of got it but it still needs a bit of work. I do like the idea of his hands glowing with galaxies when he casts stuff though!
